I had a fairly average experience with Communications and Multimedia Consumer Forum of Malaysia - CFM. The website was user-friendly and provided all the necessary information that I needed. However, the response time for customer inquiries could be improved as it took quite some time for me to receive a reply. Overall, it was an okay experience.
