As a customer, I found the company’s website to be informative and user-friendly, making it easy to find the information I needed. However, I was disappointed with the lack of personalized interaction and support. The communication felt a bit impersonal, and I wished for more warmth and empathy in their approach. The services seemed standard, and I didn't feel that extra touch that can make a difficult situation more bearable. I appreciate the effort to provide quality care, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer experience. Overall, it was an average experience. 😀
