⭐⭐⭐ "I recently purchased a rock drill from this company and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. I had a few questions and it took quite a long time for them to respond. When I finally received my order, I noticed some minor damage to the product. I contacted customer service again, but the resolution process was slow and somewhat unprofessional. The product itself is decent quality, but I expected a bit more for the price I paid. It gets the job done, but there are definitely better options out there. 😐" ⭐⭐⭐
