😃 I had the opportunity to attend a workshop by Awake at Work Institute and it was an amazing experience! The trainers were highly skilled and created a supportive learning environment. The workshop content was excellent and provided practical tools for applying mindfulness in the workplace. I left the workshop feeling inspired and motivated to incorporate mindfulness practices into my daily work routine. I can't wait to attend more events by Awake at Work Institute!
