📷🧊❄️ The company's website was easy to navigate and had all the information I needed. However, I was slightly disappointed with my overall experience at Ice Factor. The staff seemed a bit uninterested and could have been more friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, but the equipment rental process was a bit confusing and time-consuming. Additionally, the ice factor itself was smaller than I expected, limiting the number of activities available. The pricing was average compared to other similar companies. On a positive note, the instructors were knowledgeable and offered helpful tips during the ice climbing lesson. Overall, my experience was average and there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and the variety of activities offered. 🧊❄️📷
