I recently stayed at a hotel associated with 👍Michigan Lodging & Tourism Association👍 and was happy with their solid efforts to promote local businesses and provide valuable resources. However, I did feel that there was room for improvement in terms of communication and overall organization. Although the accommodations were comfortable, the service did not fully meet my expectations. I believe that with some refinement in customer service and engagement, this association could become an even stronger advocate for the Michigan lodging and tourism industry. Overall, I appreciate their support of local businesses and hope to see them continue to evolve and improve.
