I have been a customer of U-hoops LLC for over a year now, and I must say that their service has been average at best. While their website is easy to navigate and their prices are reasonable, I have encountered several issues with their delivery service. On multiple occasions, my packages have been delayed or lost, causing a great deal of inconvenience. The customer support is also lacking, as it takes forever to get a response from them. Overall, I would rate U-hoops LLC as average and recommend exploring other options.
