I recently attended a birth and body workshop at gloweastbay.com and it was fantastic. The instructors were knowledgeable and the information shared was incredibly helpful. I learned so much about the birthing process and how to take care of my body during pregnancy. The workshop was also a great opportunity to connect with other expecting parents. Highly recommend!
