I recently purchased a bioethanol fireplace from this company. The website was user-friendly, and I appreciated the variety of designs available. However, I was disappointed with the customer service. I encountered long response times and had difficulty reaching a resolution to a small issue with my order. Additionally, the delivery took longer than expected. The quality of the product itself was good, but I can't say the same for the overall experience with the company. I hope they can improve their customer service to match the quality of their products.
