I have been a customer of Fong's National Engineering for over a year now and I have to say, the service has been consistently average. The team is knowledgeable and professional, but there's nothing that sets them apart from other engineering companies. I appreciate their prompt response times and attention to detail, but I do feel that there is room for improvement. Overall, I would rate them as an average company.
