I've been attending classes at the Iyengar Yoga Institute of Southern California for a while now and I am extremely impressed with the quality of instruction. The teachers are highly knowledgeable and provide individualized attention to students. The studio is well-equipped and the atmosphere is welcoming. I especially appreciate the focus on alignment and the use of props to support proper posture and prevent injuries. I would rate my experience as excellent and I would highly recommend this institute to anyone looking for authentic Iyengar yoga practice.
