I recently applied for a student visa through an agent affiliated with Apply New Zealand. The overall experience was decent. The agent was helpful and assisted me throughout the application process. However, there were some delays in communication and it took longer than expected to get updates on my visa status. Nevertheless, I am satisfied with the end result. Apply New Zealand could improve their communication processes for a better customer experience.
