I have been a customer of Hysoft ltd for the past few months and I must say that my experience has been average. The customer service is decent, but I have encountered a few issues with their software. The interface is a bit outdated and it can be frustrating to navigate. However, the company does provide regular updates and bug fixes, which is a plus. Overall, I would rate Hysoft ltd as average.
