I recently worked with the realty group and found the experience to be average. The website was easy to navigate and had a lot of helpful information. However, I felt that the customer service could have been more attentive and responsive. The properties listed were diverse and interesting, but I would have liked to see more options in my preferred area. Overall, the process was smooth, but there wasn't anything that stood out as exceptional. I think with a bit more personal touch and a wider selection of properties, the company could elevate their service. 🙂
