I recently visited the intervention center in Calamba, Laguna and found the staff to be very accommodating and knowledgeable. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment. However, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of providing more personalized care and attention to each client. The website was informative, but it could benefit from a more user-friendly layout to make navigation easier. Overall, my experience was average. I appreciate the efforts of the staff but I hope for more attention to individual needs. 🙂
