I recently used a transcription service from this company's website. The ordering process was easy and straightforward, and the turnaround time was decent. However, I found the accuracy of the transcribed content to be average. There were a few errors and typos that required editing. While the service was not outstanding, it was satisfactory for the price. The website design was user-friendly, and I appreciated the convenience of being able to submit and receive my transcriptions online. I might consider using their service again for less critical projects, but I would hope for improved accuracy in the future.
