I recently enlisted the services of a construction company I found online. While their website appeared professional and their portfolio showcased some impressive projects, my experience with them was average at best. The initial consultation went smoothly, and they seemed knowledgeable and professional. However, as the project progressed, communication became a bit lacking. It often took longer than expected to get updates and responses to my inquiries. The quality of the work was decent, but I did notice a few minor issues that needed to be addressed. The team did rectify these issues promptly, though. Overall, my experience with the company was satisfactory, but it did fall short of my expectations. I would consider them for future projects, but I would also explore other options to ensure I get the best value for my money.
