The yoga classes at this company were just okay. I found the instructors to be knowledgeable, but the atmosphere felt a bit impersonal. The website was user-friendly, and it was easy to sign up for classes online. However, I wish there was more variety in the class offerings. The prices were reasonable, but I didn't feel like I was getting a lot of value for what I paid. Overall, it's an average experience for me. If you're looking for a no-frills yoga studio with decent instructors, this might be a good fit for you.
