I have been a customer of National mentor healthcare llc for many years, and I must say their services are average. The staff is professional and courteous, but the quality of their healthcare services could be improved. There have been instances where I had to wait longer than expected for my appointments, and the communication between the healthcare providers and the patients can be better. However, I appreciate the efforts they are making to improve their services and I hope to see positive changes in the future.
