I recently engaged with a design firm for a project and stumbled upon this company. While the website appeared professional and the portfolio showcased some impressive work, my experience was average. The communication was somewhat lacking, and I found it necessary to follow up multiple times for updates. The design concept presented was decent, but I was hoping for a bit more creativity and innovation. The project timeline was met, which was a plus, but there were a few minor details that had to be revised. Overall, the experience was okay, but I believe there is potential for improvement in areas such as communication and originality in design concepts.
