I recently switched to Cox communications and I have been very disappointed with the service. The internet speeds are incredibly slow and I often experience frequent outages. The customer service is also lacking, as I have had difficulty getting in touch with a representative and resolving my issues. Overall, I would not recommend Cox communications to others.
