I recently purchased a product from Unar s.r.o. and I have mixed feelings about my experience. The website was easy to use and the ordering process was smooth. However, the customer service was lacking. They took a long time to respond to my queries and were not very helpful. The product itself was of decent quality. I wouldn't say it was a bad experience, but it was just average.
