I recently used Simplified Rentals for my vacation and I must say, it was an average experience. The booking process was smooth and the staff was helpful. However, the condition of the rental property was not up to the mark. The overall cleanliness was satisfactory but there were a few maintenance issues that needed attention. Overall, it was an average experience.
