I recently hired a landscaping company to spruce up my backyard and decided to give this company a try based on their website. The overall experience with them was average. While they did complete the work I requested, I found their communication to be lacking. It took several attempts to get a response to my initial inquiry, and there were times when they didn't show up on the agreed-upon date. The quality of the work was decent, but there were some minor details that were overlooked. The pricing was fair and competitive, though. I appreciate that they offer a variety of services and have a well-designed website, but I believe there are aspects they could improve upon to provide a better customer experience. Overall, an average experience.
