I recently booked a trip through Icee Travels and I must say it was an average experience. The website was user-friendly and I was able to easily find and book my desired itinerary. However, the customer service was not up to my expectations. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. Overall, I would rate Icee Travels as average.
