I recently used the services of Plucky for an event, and overall, I found the experience to be average. The website was user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and find the information I needed. However, I did encounter some issues with the responsiveness of the customer service team. I had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution to my queries. On the positive side, the quality of the products provided was good, and the delivery was on time. I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer support, as better communication and responsiveness would greatly enhance the overall experience. Despite this, the products and services offered by the company were satisfactory.
