I recently used the services of this mortgage company and I must say, the experience was average at best. The website was user-friendly and had all the necessary information, which was a positive aspect. However, the response time from the customer service team was quite slow, as it took them a few days to get back to me with the answers to my queries. The loan terms and conditions were also not very flexible, and I felt that there were limited options available. Additionally, the interest rates were not competitive compared to other mortgage lenders I have previously dealt with. On the plus side, the loan application process was relatively smooth and hassle-free. Overall, I would rate this company as average, as there were some positives but also a few drawbacks.
