The services provided by First Connecticut Credit Union are average. I have been a customer for a few years now, and while they do offer the basic banking services, there is nothing exceptional about their offerings. The customer service staff is polite but not overly helpful. I haven't had any major issues with them, but I also haven't had any outstanding experiences either.
