I recently had the opportunity to use a transportation service from a company that specializes in flatbed services. I stumbled upon their website and decided to give them a try. Overall, my experience was average. The website was user-friendly and provided detailed information about their services, which I found helpful. However, the communication with the customer service representatives was lacking at times. While they were polite, it took longer than expected to get a response to my inquiries. Additionally, the pricing was on par with other companies in the industry. The delivery of my goods was on time, but I felt that the handling could have been a bit more careful, as there were a few minor damages. In terms of efficiency, the company could improve their tracking system to provide real-time updates for customers. Overall, an average experience.
