I recently purchased a trailer from this company and overall, I found the experience to be average. The website was easy to navigate, and I appreciated the variety of trailers available. However, I encountered some communication issues when trying to get updates on my order, and the delivery took longer than expected. The quality of the trailer was satisfactory, but I did notice a few minor design flaws. In terms of customer service, the representatives were friendly, but I felt that more proactive communication could have been beneficial. Overall, I would say that my experience was average – not excellent but not terrible either.
