I recently tried a telecommunication service from Seta Telecom and overall, it was just okay. The website was easy to navigate, but I felt like the information provided was lacking. It would have been helpful to have more details about the different plans. The customer service was decent, although sometimes it took a while to get a response. The call quality was average, not exceptionally clear but not too bad either. One positive aspect was the competitive pricing, which was a plus for me. However, I expected more distinctive features from Seta Telecom. They might improve by enhancing their offerings and being more customer-oriented. 👍
