I recently ordered flowers from this online florist and had an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of arrangements to choose from. However, I was disappointed with the delivery time. The flowers arrived a day later than the promised delivery date, which was inconvenient as I had planned for them to be a surprise gift. The quality of the flowers was average, not exceptional. They were fresh, but some of the blooms already showed signs of wilting. The pricing was reasonable, but considering the overall experience, I expected better. The customer service was responsive and addressed my concerns promptly, which saved the experience from being completely negative. Overall, I would rate this company as average, as there is room for improvement in terms of delivery reliability and flower quality.
