I had a mixed experience with the Workforce services division of Will County. While their website is easy to navigate and provides useful information, I found their customer service to be lacking. The staff was not very helpful and seemed uninterested in assisting me with my job search. Additionally, I was disappointed with the limited job opportunities available through their platform. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
