After being sent glasses with my lens prescription being completely wrong, this company ONLY answered my concerned email after I posted here on Trustpilot.
Since then, they sent me one unacceptable response which I immediately responded to.
It has been over 5 business days and they have yet to reply to me.
Stay away from this business! They do not have any sort of Customer Service at all.
I need to stop payment to get any sort of resolution. This is not the way to do business. I came here to read reviews before I ordered from them. Unfortunately, I’m now left with glasses that I’m not able to use and I’m out $288! Stay away from this company at all costs if you value your money.

The company sent me beautiful frames, but the prescription is all wrong. I believe the prescription may have been put in upside down, and they are progressive lenses. I've emailed them about it twice now, and I'm hoping they have a resolution for me since my order was close to $300.
