As a customer, I recently had an average experience with this printing company based in Hayward. I found their website to be user-friendly and easy to navigate, which was a plus. However, I was not overly impressed with their service. While they were able to complete my print order on time, the quality of the final product was just okay. I noticed some minor printing errors and the colors were not as vibrant as I had hoped. The customer service representatives were polite but lacked enthusiasm and did not offer any suggestions or recommendations. Pricing was reasonable, but I felt that I could get a better value for my money elsewhere. Overall, my experience with this company was average.
