I recently booked a stay through oteline.fr and had a fairly average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was straightforward. However, I found the selection of accommodations to be quite limited and could have been more diverse. 😐 Additionally, I would have appreciated more detailed information about the properties, as some aspects were not accurately described. The customer service was okay, but their response time was a bit slow. 😕 On the positive side, the prices were reasonable, and the check-in process at the property was smooth. Overall, while I didn't have any major issues, there is room for improvement in terms of variety, accuracy of information, and customer support. Keep striving for excellence!
