I had an average experience with a real estate advisory firm. The team was knowledgeable and provided me with the necessary information. However, I felt that their level of service could have been better. There were times when I had to follow up multiple times to get updates, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, they got the job done, but there was room for improvement.
