I had a mixed experience with Akron summit community action, inc. Overall, I would say it was average. The services they provided were satisfactory, but there were a few areas where they could have done better. One thing that stood out to me was their lack of communication. It took me several attempts to get a response from them, and even then, it was not always timely. However, once I did get a hold of someone, they were friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the resources they offered, such as workshops and support groups. Overall, I would consider using their services again, but I do hope they improve their communication.
