I have been practicing yoga at Padma for a while now and I must say I am truly grateful for this studio. The classes are always well-structured and the instructors are highly knowledgeable. The atmosphere is so serene and inviting, it instantly puts you in a peaceful state of mind. Not to mention the beautiful studio space that is so calm and clean. I always leave each class feeling rejuvenated and centered. Padma yoga is truly a gem and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a transformative yoga experience.
