I had a fantastic experience with a tour organized by htitaly.com. The trip was well-organized and the guides were knowledgeable. The itinerary was carefully planned to include a mix of popular and off-the-beaten-path attractions. I particularly enjoyed exploring the hidden gems of Italy without the crowds. The company provided great customer service throughout the booking process and during the tour. The only suggestion I have is to provide more opportunities for free time to explore on our own. Overall, a great experience and I would recommend it to others.
