I recently purchased some testing equipment from a company that shall remain unnamed. The equipment was of good quality and met my requirements. However, the customer service I received was not up to par. The representatives were not knowledgeable and it took several attempts to reach someone who could assist me. I wish I had gone with Assay Technology Inc instead.
