I recently visited a local gym, and it didn't compare to the YMCA of Kanawha Valley. The facilities are modern, and the equipment is top-notch. The staff is friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist if needed. I appreciate the variety of fitness classes they offer, and the instructors are knowledgeable and motivating. I highly recommend giving the YMCA a try!
