"🕒 I recently tried out a scheduling service and decided to give this one a shot because of its sleek website design. Overall, my experience was okay. The platform offers a wide range of features, like appointment scheduling, reminders, and customer management. However, I found it slightly confusing to navigate as a first-time user. The customer support was a bit slow in responding to my queries and could be more efficient. Additionally, the mobile app lacks some essential functionality that I expected. On the positive side, the customizable booking forms are a nice touch, allowing me to gather specific customer information. The analytics provided helpful insights on my business's performance. While there's room for improvement, Timify was decent, but not outstanding for me.
