I recently had an emergency where I needed an ambulance, and I must say that the East Midlands Ambulance Service was amazing. From the moment they arrived until they dropped me off at the hospital, the paramedics were attentive, professional, and compassionate. They made me feel safe and taken care of. I can't thank them enough for their excellent service.
