I had a mixed experience with Luxonic Lighting plc. While their product quality is great, I had some issues with their customer support. There were delays in getting my queries addressed, which was frustrating. However, once my concerns were escalated, they were resolved satisfactorily. Overall, I would say the company is good, but there is room for improvement in customer service.
