I recently used the services of this real estate company for finding a new home, and my experience was average. The website was user-friendly and had a good range of properties listed. However, I found the communication with the agents to be a bit lacking. It took longer than expected to get responses to my queries, and sometimes I had to follow up more than once. The property viewing process was smooth, but I felt that the agents could have been more knowledgeable about the properties they were showing. Overall, it was an average experience, and I would have appreciated more proactive and efficient communication from the company.
