I recently purchased some supplies from this company and overall, I had an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and had a decent selection of products. However, I was a bit disappointed with the customer service. My order took longer to arrive than I expected, and when I reached out to inquire about the delay, it took a while to receive a response. The quality of the products was average, nothing exceptional. On the positive side, I found their prices to be competitive compared to other suppliers. It would have been nice to see more detailed descriptions of the products, as some of them were not exactly what I expected. Overall, it's an average company with room for improvement in terms of customer service and product information.
