I have been a customer of this water supply board for the past few years and I must say that I am quite satisfied with their services. The water supply is consistent and the staff is always prompt in addressing any issues. However, there have been a few instances where the water quality was not up to the mark. I hope the board takes necessary measures to maintain the water quality. Overall, I would rate their services as great.
