I recently had the pleasure of working with Burchard & associates, inc. and the experience was average. While they were responsive, I felt that their communication could have been better. The process took longer than expected and there were a few instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get an update. Overall, their service was satisfactory but there is room for improvement.
