I have mixed feelings about Keck-craig, inc. On one hand, their website keckcraig.com is well-designed and easy to use. However, their customer service is not up to par. They often take too long to respond to inquiries, and their answers are not always helpful. I would suggest improving their customer support to provide a better overall experience.
